While in Indonesia, the inclusion of a disclaimer on the site does not in itself release the legal responsibility of the owner / manager of the site in question. It was stated in UU ITE guiding this law in our country.
In spite of it all, it could not hurt to include a disclaimer on every blog that we manage.
